This song is the outpouring of all the ways that God has been Mercy in my life, from healing me from painful events, to guiding me through the storms of my life, to being right there with me in my darkest hour. Most of all it's a reminder of the Mercy He poured out on the cross when He died in my place and took the punishment that I deserved. Truly it is the Gospel message of Jesus Christ that I hope and pray might impact those who hear it.
